Raigarh. (02:04): The Election Commission of India has introduced the C-Vigil mobile app for the Lok Sabha Elections-2024, aiming to enhance citizen participation and ensure accountability for free and fair elections.
This app allows individuals to quickly report any activities or incidents that violate the Model Code of Conduct. Upon receiving complaints, action will be taken within a specified time frame. The C-Vigil app ensures confidentiality of complainants’ identities and enables them to upload photos and videos of violations. Users can download the app from Google Play Store or the App Store, and after providing necessary details and verification, they can report violations using various media options available on the app.
