Sarangarh/Bilaigarh. (30:04): A voter awareness music concert was organized by the district administration in Sarangarh on Monday evening, under the chief hospitality of Collector and District Election Officer Dharmesh Kumar Sahu. The program began with Aditya Dewangan playing the flute. Max and Martin Soni performed a duet of the title song from “Satyam Shivam Sundaram”, while Bhavya Aggarwal presented “Mor Chhattisgarh Mahtari”. During the event, a collective voter oath was administered, and winners of the voter race were awarded in the morning. Additionally, other interested individuals, including “Swachhta Didi”, milk and vegetable sellers, serving as voter awareness ambassadors, were rewarded with certificates for their efforts to motivate people to vote on May 7th.
Artists were invited to the program through Govind Sharma Event Manager, who presented songs such as “Dil Ko Hazar Baar Roka”, “Lag Ja Gale”, “Bade Achhe Lagte Hain”, “Ye Dil Tum Bin Kahin Lagta Nahi”, and Odia, Punjabi, and Chhattisgarhi songs. The song “Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas Tum Rahti Ho” was sung by Sweep Nodal Officer Harishankar Chauhan. The audience was invited to join a collective dance on the song “Yeh Desh Hai Veer Jawan Ka”. During the program, a dance was performed by Jyoti Yadav and a boy on the song “Saat Samundar Paar”, receiving thunderous applause for their performance. Jyoti Yadav, associated with the Sai Shakti women self-help group, was particularly appreciated for her dance skills.
SDM Sarangarh Vasu Jain, Deputy Collector Aniket Sahu, Varsha Bansal, CMO Rajesh Pandey, Food Officer Chitrakant Dhruv, senior journalists Abbas Ali, Kaizar Ali Hussain, Gopesh Ranjan Dwivedi, Kamal Kant Chauhan, among others, were present at the event. The stage was conducted by R.B. Tiwari.
