Chhattisgarh. (07:04): Once again, Chhattisgarh experiences a shift in weather patterns. Cloudy skies and intermittent rain, accompanied by strong winds, have prevailed across various parts of the state since morning. This change brings relief to the common people amidst the scorching heat.
The Meteorological Department has forecasted thunderstorms and rainfall across several regions of the state over the next two days. There’s expected to be a marginal drop of 3-5 degrees Celsius in maximum temperatures over the next three days. Thunderstorms, rain, and strong winds are anticipated in Chhattisgarh from April 7, with a chance of hailstorms in central districts.
In Bilaspur district, sudden weather changes led to strong winds causing damage to decorations set up for Navratri near Sonaliya main square. This has disrupted transportation, leading people to seek alternative routes.
