Chhattisgarh. (28:04): Weather Update for Chhattisgarh: The weather has turned once again in Chhattisgarh. Since Sunday morning, many districts, including Raigarh, have been cloudy, raising the possibility of rain.
The Meteorological Department predicts the chance of light rain or thundershowers at a few places in Chhattisgarh on Sunday. There is also a possibility of rain accompanied by strong storms and lightning in several other districts, including the capital Raipur, Durg, Bhilai, Rajnandgaon, Bhatapara-Balodabazar, Mungeli, Bilaspur, Korba, Dantewada, Surajpur, and Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi. An alert has been issued by the meteorological department for the next three days.
According to the Meteorological Department, a Western Disturbance extending from 3.1 km to 5.8 km height over central Afghanistan in the form of a cyclonic circulation is affecting the weather. Additionally, a trough is located at 64 degrees east and 25 degrees north at an altitude of 7.6 kilometers in the upper air. An upper air cyclonic circulation extended up to 0.9 km height over South Chhattisgarh. Meanwhile, a trough/irregular movement of wind extends from Marathwada to North Tamil Nadu up to a height of 1.5 kilometers.
