Raigarh. (21:04): Every year, April 24th is celebrated as Human Unity Day in memory of Baba Gurubachan Singh Ji by the Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation. As part of this observance, blood donation camps are organized across the country. Members of the mission aim to spread awareness about the importance of blood donation through rallies held prior to the camps.
In continuation of this tradition, the Raigarh branch of Sant Nirankari Mission organized a large rally on Sunday evening. Members of the mission carried placards to educate people about the significance of blood donation. The rally commenced from Sindhi Colony, traversed through the city’s main roads, and concluded at Ramlila Maidan.
Mrs. Pushpa Mehani, head of Sant Nirankari Mission Raigarh, informed that this awareness rally is conducted annually before the blood donation camp on Human Unity Day. The rally aims to highlight the importance of blood donation and encourages people to donate in large numbers.
The Sant Nirankari Mission Raigarh is organizing a massive blood donation camp on April 22nd at Sindhu Bhawan, Chakradharnagar. The camp will be operational from 9 am to 3 pm under the supervision of a medical team. Anyone can participate in this camp and donate blood.
