Raipur. (14:04): In Raipur, State Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai expressed the significance of their resolution letter, likening it to the sacredness of the Constitution. He emphasized the Bharatiya Janata Party’s commitment to fulfilling every pledge made in their manifesto, particularly in upholding the assurances given by Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the past decade.

Speaking at a press conference held at the Kushbhau Thackeray campus, Sai remarked on the auspiciousness of the day, noting the various festivities observed across the nation, from Assam to Bengal and Tamil Nadu. He highlighted that it was the sixth day of Navratri, dedicated to Goddess worship, coinciding with the worship of Mata Katyayani Ji. Sai drew attention to Prime Minister Modi’s reference to Katyayani Mata, who is depicted holding lotus flowers in both hands, emphasizing the sacredness of the occasion.

Shri Sai underscored the significance of the day, likening it to the icing on the cake, as it marked the 134th birth anniversary of the esteemed architect of the Constitution, Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar. On this auspicious occasion, the Bharatiya Janata Party unveiled its resolution letter, titled ‘Modi’s Guarantee,’ which Sai presented to the public. He described this manifesto as a golden roadmap for India’s future, aimed at instilling confidence in Indian democracy. Sai expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to contribute to this resolution as a member.

Reflecting on previous BJP resolution letters from 2014 and 2019, the Chief Minister acknowledged initial skepticism from the public. However, the past decade has demonstrated the BJP’s unwavering commitment to fulfilling every promise outlined in their manifesto.

Regarding the “BJP’s resolution Modi’s Guarantee 2024,” Sai highlighted its 24-point agenda, spanning 76 pages, aimed at shaping India’s future after 75 years of independence. Among its pillars, 10 are social and 14 are economic, reflecting the aspirations of young India and emphasizing trust restoration. Sai commended Modi’s government for uplifting 25 crore people out of poverty over the past decade, implementing schemes such as Ayushman Yojana and PM Surya Yojana to provide healthcare and electricity access, respectively.

Sai emphasized the significance of Mudra Yojana in providing employment opportunities and announced plans to increase its limit from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 20 lakh, empowering youth to pursue their interests. He reaffirmed the BJP’s commitment to the welfare of street vendors and transgender individuals, extending assistance through schemes like Swa Nidhi Yojana and Ayushman.

Acknowledging women’s pivotal role, Sai highlighted initiatives like Mahtari Vandan Yojana in Chhattisgarh and various schemes at the national level, empowering women through self-help groups and vocational training. He celebrated the transformation of women from bicycle riders to drone pilots, symbolizing the empowerment envisioned by Modi’s guarantee.

Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai highlighted the significant strides made for farmers under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership. Fulfilling Modi’s guarantee, they swiftly delivered on promises such as paddy procurement and bonuses within 100 days. Additionally, cattle herders are now included in the Kisan Credit Card scheme, and farmers received a two-year bonus alongside fair paddy prices of Rs 3100 per quintal.

Sai emphasized that their vision document, the resolution letter, is based on “GYAN” – representing the poor, youth, farmers, and women. Initiatives like the Nari Shakti Vandan Act, ensuring 33 percent reservation for women in assemblies and Lok Sabha from 2029, exemplify this commitment.

Senior citizens will now benefit from the Ayushman Bharat scheme, ensuring healthcare access without worries for those above seventy. The vision extends to transforming India into a global nutrition hub, promoting self-reliance in agriculture, and bolstering sectors like pulses and oilseeds.

Tribal welfare remains a priority, with plans to celebrate Birsa Munda ji’s birth anniversary as a day of pride. Tribal communities will engage in forest tourism, eco-tourism, and home stay opportunities, empowering women and creating employment in forest areas.

Sai envisioned urbanization as an opportunity, with plans for satellite cities and enhanced urban services, even considering the welfare of truck drivers.

Highlighting India’s economic progress under Modi’s leadership, Sai projected India to become the world’s third-largest economic power in the next term. Plans include providing permanent housing to an additional three crore poor families and significant advancements in technology, aiming to compete globally in sectors like mobile and semiconductors.

Sai reiterated their commitment to a poverty-free and developed India, starting with action plans from June 4. The BJP’s resolution letter embodies the vision of “Sabka Saath-Sabka Vikas-Sabka Vishwas-Sabka Prayas,” promising free ration for five years, quality healthcare, clean fuel, tap water, zero electricity bills, and empowerment for the new middle class. Additionally, it outlines plans for transparent government exams, a vibrant startup ecosystem, and ample opportunities for youth in nation-building endeavors.
