Chhattisgarh. (17:04): Wednesday, April 17, has been designated as a dry day in Chhattisgarh for Ram Navami. All liquor outlets in the state will be shut on this day, including restaurant-bars, hotel-bars, club-bars, ahata, and bhang shops.
This directive has been issued by the Ministry of Commerce and the Excise Department. Manoj Kumar Mishra, Under Secretary of the Chhattisgarh Government’s Excise Department, has outlined guidelines in five key points.
