After which when he realized that he was cheated, he went to Rourkela cyber police station and complained about it.
On the basis of this complaint, Police Station No. 15/24 in Rourkela Uditnagar Cyber Police Station has registered a case under Section 420,419,465,467,471,120B,34, (66C,66D-Cyber Crime) of the Indian Penal Code and started investigating the matter.
