On the 79th Foundation Day of AIBEA, food was provided to over 50 visually impaired girls and employees

(22:04): On the 79th Foundation Day of the All India Bank Employees Association (AIBEA), the Chhattisgarh Bank Employees Association (CGBEA) organized a social event in collaboration with the National Association for the Blind, Raipur Branch “Prerna,” where more than 50 visually impaired girls and employees received training. Food was provided, and fruits were distributed to the girls.

Officials of the Chhattisgarh Bank Employees Association (CGBEA), including General Secretary Shri Shirish Nalgundwar, Chairman Ashok Maheshwari, Treasurer SK Aggarwal, Joint Secretaries Gauhar Ali and Vijay Sharma, Anupam Ekka, and others, joined the blind girls and employees for the meal.

Present at the event were officials from the National Association for the Blind, Raipur, including President Mr. Anil Kucheria, Vice President B.K.G. Naidu, Co-Secretary R.Y. Tiwari, Principal Mrs. Hemlata Mishra, Music Teacher Mrs. Vandana Pawar, and Warden Mrs. Bhagwati Kosthi.

Following the meal, a program was organized. The picture of Goddess Saraswati was adorned with garlands, and lamps were lit. The girls presented a welcome song, after which the organization’s officials provided information about the association. It was highlighted that over 120 girls above 5 years of age, with less than 30% vision, reside there. General Secretary of the Chhattisgarh Bank Employees Association, Mr. Shirish Nalgundwar, shed light on the foundation day of AIBEA during the event.

Two blind girls, Chhaya Kushwaha and Kamleshwari Verma, also performed a beautiful song, captivating everyone with their melodious voices.
