Efforts are underway in public relations to secure victory for candidate Mahesh Kashyap in Dantewada, Bastar.
Raigarh. (09:04): The Raigarh Bharatiya Janata Party is sparing no effort for its third term and is diligently working towards surpassing the target of 400 seats across the nation through all its affiliated organizations. As part of this endeavor, the first phase of Bastar Lok Sabha voting in Chhattisgarh is scheduled for April 19. The party has entrusted the responsibility of Bastar Lok Sabha to Gond Raja Devendra Pratap Singh from the Raigarh royal family.
Campaigning in the remote regions of Bastar, the BJP has recently appointed Devendra Pratap to the Rajya Sabha. The Raigarh Gond dynasty has wielded significant influence in Chhattisgarh since the princely era. With a substantial presence of the Gond tribe and tribal communities in Bastar, Devendra is actively campaigning in the interior areas to garner their support. His unassuming demeanor resonates with the local population, enhancing his influence in the region. Given the challenges posed by Maoism, many in Bastar remain disconnected from modernity, making it crucial to prioritize public outreach efforts to ensure the success of developmental schemes and secure victory in the upcoming elections.
Devendra Pratap, after assuming office as a Rajya Sabha MP, embarked on his inaugural visit to Bastar, where he paid homage to Maa Danteshwari. His three-day itinerary encompassed a series of public relations activities and meetings. Amidst these engagements, he sought the divine blessings of Maa Danteshwari and seamlessly carried forward his campaign endeavors.
