When the police station in-charge interrogated the shop operator Sunil Agarwal regarding selling the solution to minors, Sunil Agarwal became furious and started opposing the proceedings. The police station in-charge has taken preventive action under section 151 CrPC against the applicant Sunil Aggarwal, father Rekhchand Aggarwal, age 38 years, resident of Jutmil police station near Honda showroom and presented him in the SDM court.
