Sarangarh/Bilaigarh. (15:05): In the Collectorate meeting room, SDM Sarangarh, IAS officer Shri Vasu Jain, reviewed departmental work in a deadline meeting. He examined the status of pending applications in online portals and instructed quick resolution of public complaints and applications received in Jan Chaupal. Applications and complaints were reviewed, and actions were instructed for timely resolution to ensure permanent disposal. Shri Jain also discussed chemical fertilizer storage, distribution, and conservation under the Agriculture Department, providing necessary instructions.
He gathered information from departments regarding completed and ongoing construction works, and instructed the settlement of pending amounts under the Tribal Development Department. Land dispute matters under the Forest Department were discussed, with instructions given to the Revenue Department officer for resolution.
Deputy District Election Officer Shri Aniket Sahu provided instructions to departmental officers regarding the counting of votes for the Lok Sabha elections. Project Director Shri Harishankar Chauhan urged timely completion of construction works based on the progress report. Present at the meeting were SDM Bilaigarh Dr. Snigdha Tiwari, Deputy Collector Dr. Varsha Bansal, and other district departmental officers.
