According to the survey of 2011 (SECC), houses are sanctioned to the eligible families, in which the first step is to register the beneficiaries in the housing soft. For registration, the beneficiary’s Aadhaar card, bank pass book, MNREGA job card, mobile number, Aadhaar consent form and affidavit are registered in the Awas Soft by the District Panchayat. Then the house is approved from the District Panchayat.
After approval, Rs 1.20 lakh is transferred directly to the account of the beneficiaries through FTO in 4 installments. There is no need to pay any kind of bribe to any officer, Gram Panchayat level employee, public representative etc. to get housing approval under District Sarangarh Bilaigarh. Demanding bribe or money in exchange for work is a legal offence.
