Raigarh. (15:05): On Wednesday morning, a bear suddenly attacked a woman who had gone to the forest with her friends to pluck tendu leaves and killed her. As soon as information about the incident was received, the Forest Department team reached the spot and started taking further action. The matter is of bark range.
According to the information received in this regard, a bear wandering in the forest suddenly attacked a woman, Indramati, husband of Horilal Agaria, who was plucking tendu leaves in Bojia 505 PF forest of Chhal Range in Raigarh district. Due to which the woman died on the spot. It is being told that the woman had gone to the forest with her friends on Wednesday morning and this incident happened after she encountered a bear in the forest. As soon as the information about the death of a woman due to bear attack was received, apart from the Forest Department team, the barking police reached the spot and started taking further action.

According to the villagers of the village, it is being told that the deceased woman Indramati Agaria is the mother of Shyam Agaria Forest Guard posted in Samharsingha Beat who lived in Chaal. This morning she had gone to Bojia forest to pluck tendu leaves, during which this incident happened.
