Chhattisgarh. (11:05): A shameful incident has come to light from Chhattisgarh. Where a teacher made a student a victim of his cruelty. The teacher has raped the student for 12 years. The matter came to light when the victim became pregnant. The student told her family that the teacher had been raping her for the last 12 years, from the time she was 12 years old. This incident took place from Gaurela police station area.
Actually, in Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi district, a teacher made a year-old student a victim of his lust. The family got information about this after she became pregnant. Mahendra Soni, a teacher living in Sarbahra area, raped a minor girl student studying in his own school. The teacher raped the victim continuously for 12 years. The matter came to light when the victim became pregnant. The victim said that the teacher raped her from the time she was in school till now. When he was 12 years old in school, the teacher was physically abusing him.
Fed up with the teacher’s evil deeds, the victim told the whole story to the family members, after which the family reached Thane with the student and lodged a complaint against the accused in the police station. The student told her family that the teacher raped the victim for years on the pretext of marriage. When she became pregnant the teacher refused to marry her. After this, the victim along with her family members went to the police station and lodged a complaint. As soon as a case was registered against the accused in the police station, he absconded. However, the police is taking action in the matter.
Additional SP Om Chandel said that sections 376, 190, 294, 342, 376 (2) (c) of IPC, 376 (2) (n), 506 (b), and section 6 of POCSO Act have been registered against the accused teacher in the police station. FIR has been registered under. Gaurela police is searching for the teacher.
