Raipur. (22:03): Mrs. Anuradha Patnaik, Joint Secretary (Policy) in the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, inspected Hummer Lab at the District Hospital in Raipur and the Urban Primary Health Center in Mathpuraina.
Anuradha Patnaik examined patient facilities and inquired about lab operations. Accompanied by Dr. Jagdish Sonkar, Director of the National Health Mission, Mrs. Patnaik toured various sections of Hummer Lab, praising its comprehensive services and facilities. Dr. Abhyudaya Shakti Tiwari, the State Nodal Officer, highlighted the lab’s capacity to conduct 120 types of tests, with over 90 lakh tests conducted in 2023. Mrs. Patnaik also visited Mathpuraina’s health center, reviewing patient management systems and interacting with staff. She conducted a meeting on health department schemes and initiated a signature campaign for World Tuberculosis Day.
