Raipur. (12:04): Under the guidance of senior police officers, several individuals were found gambling with Taas leaves in Datarenga village, under the jurisdiction of Muzgahan Police Station.
A total of eight individuals were involved, and Rs 42,500 along with 52 playing cards were seized from them. This incident was documented under crime number 115/24, and action was taken in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Chhattisgarh Gambling Prohibition Act 2022. Inspector Ashish Singh Rajput, Assistant Sub Inspector Deepak Sahu, along with constables Sohan Police, Surya Pratap Rajput, Ramesh, Nandlal Agrahari, and Ramakant were involved in the proceedings.
