Raigarh. (17:03): Under the Aghor Guru Peeth Trust Banora, a humanitarian organization, a free eye check-up camp provided services to 102 patients. Conducted twice a month, the camp aims to address visual impairments in the community.
Ophthalmologist Dr. R. Of. Aggarwal oversees the examinations. Organized by the Aghoreshwar Lord Ram Primary Care Centre, the camp served various villages including Banora, Mahapalli, and Sakarboga. Free spectacles were distributed to 32 patients, while eye drops were provided to 33 patients. Additionally, 51 patients received prescriptions for spectacles, to be distributed in the next camp. Eight patients were diagnosed with cataracts and received appropriate guidance from medical professionals. The management has scheduled the next eye check-up camp for Sunday, April 7, 2024.
