Kawardha. (26:04): A major accident occurred during voting in the Rajnandgaon Lok Sabha constituency of Kawardha district, Chhattisgarh. A Congress worker has been seriously injured after coming into contact with a high-tension wire. Due to his critical condition, he has been referred to the district hospital.
Reports indicate that the Congress party had set up a pandal under a high-tension wire, located 100 meters before the Baiga-dominated area Chinyadad polling station. From there, slips were being distributed to the voters. Unfortunately, the pandal got entangled with the high-tension wire, resulting in the serious injury of the young man.
